How it works

Our Evidence Based Birth® classes use a flipped classroom model—a modern, proven teaching method designed to give you more support, more confidence, and better learning outcomes.
Instead of spending class time listening to long lectures, families review short, easy-to-understand lessons at home before class. These lessons include videos and readings based on the latest research on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.

Then, when we meet together, class time is used for what matters most:

Asking questions

Practicing comfort measures and coping techniques

Working through real-life scenarios

Building confidence through discussion and hands-on learning

Connecting with your instructor and other parents

This approach allows you to come to class prepared, so you can dive deeper into topics, clarify what matters most to you, and apply the research directly to your own birth plans.
