What to expect

During a session, you’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably positioned on a treatment table. Using light touch—no more than the weight of a nickel—I assess and gently release areas of restriction in the body. Each session is guided by your body’s response, promoting a sense of calm and ease throughout.

For infants or young children, sessions are adapted to their comfort—often lasting 30–45 minutes and allowing for movement, play, or cuddles as needed.

CST can be booked as a stand-alone appointment or added to another service for an additional fee.
